Peak Fitness Contact Information

This is an interactive blog for people to share information about contacting and registering complaints about Peak Fitness.

After browsing the internet, it has become clear that hundreds of people have had problems with Peak Fitness engaging in scandalous business practices. But no one seems to know where their corporate headquarters are located, who to contact, or how to get in touch with them.

Here is who to contact:

Jeff Harley (Co-Owner)
17030 Winged Thistle Ct.
Davidson, NC 28036
Home: (704) 896-5529

Or:

Jeffrey R. Stec (Co-Owner)
185 Atlantic Way
Mooresville, NC 28117
Home: (704) 799-3607

The address of the Peak Fitness main corporate office is:
15806 Brookway Drive, Suite 400
Huntersville, N.C. 28078
Phone: (704) 439-2630

Please note, their name is not listed on the directory at the front of the building, nor is it easy to find once you enter. This is their corporate office, not an individual Peak Fitness Gym Location.

Here is a map to their location:

Again, the above is the address for their corporate office - an address that Peak Fitness keeps under wraps. This the is office that runs all of the Peak Fitness Gyms that generate complaints through unethical business practice:

Peak Fitness Ballantyne, Peak Fitness Steele Creek, Peak Fitness Cedar Ridge, Peak Fitness South Park, Peak Fitness Pineville, Peak Fitness Matthews, Peak Fitness Lake Norman, Peak Fitness Morehead, Peak Fitness Harrisburg, Peak Fitness Concord, Peak Fitness University, Peak Fitness Charlotte Sports

This contact information is incorrect. And the picture of "Jeff Harley" - that is not Jeff Harley - this guy does the CrossFit program at Steele Creek and his name is Jon. If you are going to post information, at least get it right! FYI, the "secret" contact for Peak Fitness is listed in yellowpages and many other places - not so secret, really.

Our experience with Peak Fitness has been dismal to say the least! We have seen several members request that the hip-hop music with " Parental Advisory" be changed and the volume lowered. We have never been in a public place of business with music this loud! We heard the employees actually lie to the members about it, claiming that they can't do anything about it. Then they laughed as the members left in anger. The next evening the music was even louder. There are kids in the facility while this goes on. They have no floor manager at the Clemmons NC location and the employees spend more time goofing off than trying to run a serious fitness center. If you are thinking of joining Peak Fitness in Winston-Salem, we hear good things about the Robinhood Road location only! The Clemmons facility is a joke! Most of the employees at Clemmons don't take their jobs seriously and the manager doesn't seem to care. The assistant manager will lie straight to your face! His name is Jason Handy. If you decide to try them out we suggest that you ask for Jacob. He seems to care about the members and his job. These are just honest, personal observations.

Peak Fitness is AWFUL!!! I paid for a one year contract in full and had to cancel 4 months in due to a move. I have now been battling with them for almost 6 months to get my money back!! All I get is the run around so I have now hired an attorney and filed lawsuit for the close to $500 extra I have spent on top of the $200 they owe me to try and get MY money returned to me!!

Peak Fitness is a great gym. I just joined the Steele Creek location. The staff was great and very helpful during my first week there. The prices are better than other centers in the area. Great classes! This is the gym to join!

The Clemmons location closed about a wekk ago, and these swine sold my contract to some other gym. There people need to GO! Dismal. Awful.

Peak Fitness are the biggest pile of crooks ever. Unfortunately all those numbers have been disconnecting. They continue to harass my elderly mother. If I get my hands on them I will pound their "beautiful" faces into the ground.

Last spring the facility on Pineville-Matthews Road closed without notice. Open one day, closed the next. No sign in the window, nothing. Clearly, they didn't care about their customers. Now I'm going to try to stop my membership from auto-renewing to a month-to-month. Good luck to me, eh?
